Community Health Needs Assessment
A Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) is a federal requirement for all non-profit hospitals. It involves an assessment and analysis of a community's health needs and issues. The report identifies health needs within the community as well as plans to address them.
This report went through executive leadership, including the board of directors, for edits and approval. All research, writing and design was conducted by myself.
